Upgrade to 0.10.3

Hi guys,

Just completed the upgrade on my main site. Very quick and painless.

There are just two small hitches.

One is that none of my modules appear to need upgrading. I know News is a major upgrade so am a little worried there.

Also, I get a series of erros that appear on the Modules and Plugins page view that seem to be caused by the fetchurl plugin. They are:

Actually, there are no module upgrades between 0.10.x and 0.10.3.  It's just a security release, so nothing was changed except for the security related issues.  All the new stuff will be in 0.11.

As for fetchurl, it's not one of our plugins, so I'm not sure what is up.  I'd have to look at the code.

If you wouldn't mind, that'd be great. It's one of those plugins I've grown attached to since {embed} doesn't seem to work for me.
