1.2.3 Upgrade Issue - User's Data does not populate in Edit User fields

Having trouble.

I recently upgraded to 1.2.3 Yes I backed up everything.

The database is working fine in the frontend because all of my user data shows correctly. See here http://pbats.com/index.php?page=trainers&team=17 I customized the user fields to add customized data. I also created a user login for this data. At first the front end wasn't working after the upgrade so I uploaded the following pages that were customized:

admin/edituser.php
admin/adduser.php
admin/listusers.php
admin/moduleinterface.php

This fixed the frontend issue and now user's can login and edit their data from the frontend.

The problem I'm having is with the Admin user page edituser.php not pulling the data in to the fields. It did before the upgrade. Also when I create a new user and fill out all fields only the default fields take, username, password etc.

Any thoughts on what page I'm missing that I would have to overwrite with a back-up page or code to fix this issue
