How about module compatibility?

Hello,

I'm thinking about using the MLE fork of CMSMS for a new site where I would have to use at least the follwing modules:

News
Newsletter
FrontEndUser
CustomContent

I already found some solutions about the news module so I figute that wouldn't be a huge problem...

But how about the other mentioned modules ?
Are these compatible with MLE ?

Maybe Newsletter for any responses: subscribe, unsubscribe, etc....
but I don't use this module.

Hi,

I've found only a few issues for compatibility and it's all to do with the translation. For example if you use Form Builder you will have to create a specifc form for each language as the field names are hard coded into the form...

As for your list Blue_Guru I'm using News, FEU and Custom Content without any issues. Although take a look at my post about news.

Overall it's working well with the provided modules, it all comes down to the translation within the modules more than anything.
