Merge/Upgrade from Website Baker to CMS Made Simple

As mentioned in this post in the Dutch section I want to upgrade my Website Baker CMS website to CMS Made Simple.

The question is, could I import/upgrade the content of the CMS Website Baker to CMS Made Simple. Is there some kind of PHP script available which I can use and modify to do this? Or is this something what is very difficult because the datamodels difer to much from eachother and should I stick to the good old hand work?

Hope someone has encountered the same problems and maybe has an answer for my problem. If some kind of script is available the switch from Website Baker to CMS Made Simple would be much easier as the handwork would cost me much time.
