how to manage ads/banners?

how to manage ads/banners? is there any add-on/ module?

There is the Banners module, that shows a new banner every time a page is opened...

is there any problem with that module? i get the admin page for managing banners.. but i get "categories" "banners" "and "peferences" . but if i click on any of them, nothing happens..

When you installed it did it say to check the admin permissions...

And I think this should be under the Modules thread...
