Nothing exists to do this currently because, in order for it to be reliable:
a) images would have to be attached
b) all styles would have to be inlined

if you dont mind removing the styling, you can easily adapt the printing module

Can't you use the "Tell a Friend"-tag, to mail a link to the page?
