News "fesubmit" escapes html tags

I have updated cms ms v1.2 to v1.2.2 and noticed, that one problem with FEU news submission occured.
I use TinyMCE for the fornt end. I put content into the editor and click submit. The FE page refreshes and returns me the result as shown in the image below:

I see the same view (as in the second picture) in the admin panel: all html , etc gets converted into <p> </p> etc. You can try this live here: http://www.placiau.lt/index.php/bandomas

Has anybody got any ideas on how to solve this issue?
