Request $node->nextdepth parameter added to Menu Mgr. Module

In the Menu Manager module, when the object nodelist is built, it would be very helpful if each node item had a variable for $nextdepth in addition to $prevdepth.

This could be quite useful.

Among other things, it could be used in the smarty logic of the menu template to determine when the last item of a submenu has been reached, for the purpose of adding class="last" or some other indicator that has relevance to the CSS formatting of the item.
