Does MLE have any limitations in number of handled languages?
What is the maksimum number of languages that MLE can support?
I need to make a site and there should be a possibility to make it in 8 languages. Can MLE cope with that?
Site won't be very complicated.
Thanks for your answer.

Re: Multilingual how many languages can support ?
The default that MLE 1.2.2 comes in provides you with 3 inserted to the DB - en,it,fr. I'm pretty sure you just add the other 5 and make sure those lang gets inserted to the DB the same way (see README) and put the languages in the config_lang.php as well then it should work.
You'll just have to enter content/title 8 times! Best thing is download it and try it...

I know that there is such possibility, but what about performance. Would such site with 8 languages work as quick as with 2-3 lagugages?
Has anybody had any experience with that and noticed there is no sense to use MLE with so many languages?

In frontend part there aren't problem because load one languages only, 2-3-5-20 languages is same.johnym wrote: I know that there is such possibility, but what about performance. Would such site with 8 languages work as quick as with 2-3 lagugages?
