protected page again

hi..

how can i correct this error:

when i sign in or out with the protectet page script, there is a bug:

everytime i get this wrong url with 2 times "?" in the url.. in case of an "&" for the second one..

index.php?page=login?CMSSESSID=fbd91f34c3c06f085529138e78e0be35

what should  i do????

i see that when a module uses modulinterface.php evertime it sends a SESSID with a "?" in the url wich cases in a error

sorry but when i comment the lines, my provider adds an own sessid to the url like

index.php?page=bla&SESSID=

aaaaahhh im confused.. ( please help
