Linking menu item to another site/external url

Post by Zack »

Hi,

I want to create a menu item as part of the main site navigation, but when clicked it should open up an external url. Is there a way to achieve this? I tried the {embed} tag but it's too messy with iFrame etc.

thanks,

Zack

you can use the LINK content type to insert external links into your menu structure. they will open up in the full browser window (not embedded into your cmsms template or site).
eternity (n); 1. infinite time, 2. a seemingly long or endless time, 3. the length of time it takes a frozen pizza to cook when you're starving.
4,930,000,000 (n); 1. a very large number, 2. the approximate world population in 1986 when Microsoft Corp issued its IPO. 3. Microsoft's net profit (USD) for the quarter (3 months) ending 31 March 2007.
