Length parameter must be greater than 0?

Just my luck. I launched the site today, and everything was going well, now I have the following error:

Warning: fread(): Length parameter must be greater than 0. in /hsphere/local/home/darkroom/yodarkroom.com/lib/classes/class.contentoperations.inc.php on line 508

Any help? I need to get this error gone quickly so I don't have to take it offline.

[Updated] Since this I cleared the global cache and now everything has gone blank on the frontend subpages. I had moved the whole install from a subfolder earlier this week.

Strange... I cleared the cache again and it seems to be working fine.

Down again... maybe it's a server problem, but there is no problem with HTML.

please have a look at your http logS to diagnose this strange behaviour.
And tell us more, as usual : hosting, OS, versions, settings...
