Where is my new stylesheet?

i have created a copy of the default stylesheet.
Where is it kept?
which folder is it in?
i would like to be able to use a proper stylesheet editor on it but i can't find it.

anyone got any ideas?

All of it is stored in the database.  So, it's not quite as easy as just opening it up.  If you really need to use an external css editor, then you're going to have to upload the file and link to it directly from your template by hand.
