how to move cms site to a new server

Hi everybody
I set my cms site at localhost server, and can connect to the site with http://localhost/directory_cms/index.php
I want to allow access to the site remotely, but I can't , aven I changed the config.php file
so I type http://172.16.32.133/directory_cms/index.php, and this error appears

Database Connection Failed
Error: Host 'HP55651246013' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server (1130)
Function Performed: CONNECT
Host/DB: HP55651246013/cms
Database Type: mysql

can anyone help me?

Have you read the special section inside our wiki?

Sometimes it's helpful to run install wizard once again (from remote adress WITHOUT writing database) - the wizard will found the correct settings.
