Web 2.0 / CSS2 templates for CMS MS - How to make/integrate them in this cms

hallo.. just to say this is grate cms u got here

ok lets start .. since im graphic designer and from time to time i take some jobs for web site design but since i only use to make pure xhtml and css2 templates and very little pre maded php code some time i need to use more user freanly sites which easy cant add more conntent and so on... but since im not web/php programer and i dont acctuely have time to learn it i need somthing like this..
i have reading round forums that cms sm is grate and cant achife grate changes... so im asking u since im if i can say good at making html and css templates how can i easly integrate this two.. dont get me wrong but from i saw this portal have little or non web 2.0 looking skins/templates so is it hard to integrate this cms in somthing like this templates (free)

so is there any book or better somthing like video tutorial for this kind of template making and integrating in cms ms.
Cose i have used little joomla but from my opinion its so messy and hard to use but from point of makiing templates and template accessibly its good. Couse for joomla there is loads tuts/videos and books how to make and use html/css template and "convert" it for joomla, so cant u tell me is there somt tuts/videos for making/integrating html/css templates for this cms. ?

I don't know what you want.

a) what do the templates at templateworld.com have to  do with web 2.0? These are just templates, nothing more. What do you mean with "web 2.0 templates"? And: the "type" of templates does not matter at all - CMSms IS template-driven, so just use a template. Any template which suits your needs.

b) What does CSS2 have to do with that? Whether you yous CSS1/2/3 or no CSS at all is up to you. You use whatever gets the job done.

c) Videos about template making? You can use any (x)html template or make up your own. What you need epends on your content. But basically, it is plain (x)html, nothing special. Just a few tags where you want the content ... like

... all you need to know are the available tags/modules. Or write your own. Place them wherever you want.

It is so damn easy, you need no video. May I quote you:

. So what? If you know what you are talking about: Just do it.

Install a test system, read the sample content (which demonstrates anything you need) and off you go.
