Form Builder - Email Results Based on Pulldown

When the use the option: Email Results Based on Pulldown....

When the email is received the 'option' chosen in the dropdown is not displayed, but the destination email address is shown to the user instead...Does anyone know how I can get the option chosen displayed in the email instead of the destination email address?

Thank you for volunteering with us!
Dates: 15 November 2007
Comments: test
Volunteering for: blahblahblah@gmail.com

The "Volunteering for:" should be an event, not the email address...

Anyone?
