Change the bottom navigation bar in explorer

I nee to mask the botom navigation bar with a fixed address line, users should not see the actual page address.
How do i change this in CMS. I looked at several options and solutions, but get lost in script coding between java , php and html.
It seems that mouseover statement will do the trick, but I fail to code this.

I just want to show only "www.websitename" in the bottom bar, when selecting a link within CMS.
Can someone help me with a clear explanation and example how to code, as onmouseover"www.website" does not work.
