What is SVN

I'm a beginner with CMS Made Simple, and I will now what that is SVN. Everyone spook over SVN but nobody explain it.

SVN is a method that you can use to browse and get the the source code for this specific project. It is just a way developers maintain the different versions of their sourcecode on which they are developing. The good thing about CVS is that it is Open Source, so many open source developers are using it. To learn more about this you can best read the following document:
