Database access denied - password table corrupted! Followed by 404

Hello,

I have two cms set up and both of them dont allow me to log in anymore to administer the sites. One of them wakeuppune.org has a lot of content and we found that the content has not been affected. The other that has this problem is shishajazzcafe.com. A third one that does not have this problem is bbgpune.org. Both the earlier cms sites do not allow login to the admins - is it possible that there is a bug that has been affecting others? Since this has happened to two of my sites, but not a third that is on the same server, I am unsure of what to do.

Is this a server problem - as in maybe a newer version of php or something like an apache upgrade that triggered this.Is anyone else ffacing the same issue? Have been into the servers via ftp and checked out the permissions on all relevant files and still no go. Shortly after this happened, both sites are also inaccessible. I get 404 errors and no site, though the files can be seen in ftp programs.
