FormBuilder Pulldown email

I got the formbuilder to show pulldown items on the submission page, but it doesn't show up on the email. It says "you set those templates (where appropriate) in the "advanced" tab for those disposition fields." but I only see advance setting and there's only info for hide label and css class for the field.  Where do you go to add the pulldown item into the generated email?

Nevermind. I found it. It is under "UPDATE THIS FIELD", and then "advanced settings" and then put in the variables from the right side to the email template.
