One install for multiple sites

Hi, I'm a web developer/webmaster of a number of sites for various clients, and am looking at setting up a CMS so that they can easily modify the content on their sites once I have the layout/templates all set up.  I've installed CMSMS and it seems to do what I want quite well.  I just have one question - can I use the one installation of CMSMS for all of my clients such that they will be able to only see the pages and templates etc relevant to their site, and not know anything about other users? Or will I have to install it separately for all of them for this sort of setup?

CMSMS will only handle one site at this time.  We're looking into ways to handle multiple sites through one install, but it's still a ways out.

No worries.  After looking at my setup a bit more, this is fine anyway.
