Install Problems

I've uploaded everything, created the config file, did all the CHMODing, and created the database, but i keep getting an internal server error whenever i try to access any part of any of the folders.  PHP version is 4.3 and MySQL version is 4.1 so i doubt that's the problem...any suggestions?

Can you see the web server error logs?
