User Permissions : Create a page but not automatically publish

Post by pixelvandal »

Hello

Simple request but can seem to do it in CMSMS. I want to give certain users permissions to create pages but not send it live. So basically if that user belongs to a certain group, when they create a new page it gets the Deactive status. ( so then their manger can review the content before it goes live)

The News module has a [ Published / Draft ] feature which is cool - Does anyone know how I can overcome my problem?

pixelvandal,

in the current release I see no approval functionality in content. In the 2.0 version it will be included, as stated in the roadmap.

So no need for a feature request, as it already is in the roadmap.
