$themeObject->DisplaySectionPages Function

Hi,

Sorry this could be another stupid question! I have been playing around with the administration page and have managed to create my own menu and would like to create my own page. I have managed to work out how to create a blank page or fill my own page with default data or options, but can somebody please explain to me how to put my own custom php page using the $themeObject->DisplaySectionPages function?

Also, could somebody please also explain where $themeObject->DisplaySectionPages('layout') (this is a default generic page) the 'layout' page and the others are located in the file system?
