TinyMCE : Turn WYSIWYG on/off and content cache

Hi there,

in the last version of CMS (1.1.4.1) : The checkbox "Turn WYSIWYG on/off" when checked disables TinyMCE.
isn't the reverse behaviour expected ?

By the way, I'm experiencing strange behaviour on the content : if i change a content of a page , the preview tab shows me the correct content (what i'm currently editing), but the the browser does'nt : it still shows me the last one (even after clicking on 'apply' or 'submit')

I tried disabling 'Cachable' in the options tab, which works, but i guess that may be something else is not working fine ?

Thanks Mark, it works, but i have to dot it every time i modify a content 
Is there a way to disable it (in a config file for example) ?
