Would this be possiable? need Advise

I'm the designer/coder for pbats.com. My client is looking to me to design a CMS around the site.
Here is the site http://pbats.com

Currently the site is using custom programming to add jobs, members and the Ad module.

The client is hoping to consolidate all these functions in one system, CMS, Custom user management, Ad Management, Media Library.

Below are more detailed clients request. Would it be possiable to add these types of requirments using modules.

Media Library:
The media library would need to have the capabilities to upload/download pictures, videos, and document files. (all file extensions). I would like to have 2 sections to this. One would be available for the general public and the other would be used by members. We would be able to put exercises and handouts on the website that visitors could download and print. On the member's side, I would like to be able to upload/download presentations, audio/podcasts.

I would also like to create a page where teams could upload Player records for another team to download. This would be password protected and changeable. If there is anyway to set it up so several teams could be exchanging information at the same time.

Trainers would have the ability to add an image and edit their profile which intern is seen by the public and is organized by team and Job title, head trainer, assistant trainer and so on. Some info should not be seen like phone numbers, email addresses and home addresses.

A printable version by team should be able to be downloaded by an admin for use in a printable document.


JOB CENTER: We would just refine this section.
There is a job center that is public. One requirements to have user's upload a resume.
