Newbie image problems

Hi all

I recently set up cms made simple and I found it to be great very simple and usefull thanks for that.
My problem is that I want to get rid of the blue banner across the top or at least remove the logo is that possible? Also what are the rules about the copyright at the foot of the page I dont mind the "powered by" bit but can I put my name in the copyright for my site?

you can upload your own image inside the uploads-folder or in a folder you create over there.
In the stylesheet attached to your template, with a similar name as the template, look for #header, there you'll find the calling of the header, change that to uploads/.....
Also make sure that the height is changed according your own image in both "div#header" and "div#header h1 a".

You're free to change the footer to what you want.
