tiny font size in admin menu

Hello,

I'm new to the sysem; just installed it and I'm unable to read anything in the admin-section (I know, it's my age)!
Where can I change the font-size in admin-section.

Hello again,

I've forgotten to say : MSIE is ok, but OPERA and FIREFOX are  definitely too small.
