Can't run Setup

Hey!
After I uploaded the cmsms, set the CMOS uploaded the empty config.php, set the right CMOS.
It is not possible to start the setup. When I want to start it in the browser (firefox, safari under osx) he tries to download the files and don't opens them in the browser.
Can someone help me out?

Check your web server setting:
- Have you php enabled? Try with a file .php with the code:
- Have you in DirectoryIndex: index.php ?
