Post Content to Table

Hi,

I am trying to find a way to fill a table that will include links, flash and content. This is for a church and they will not know how to easily change all of these things so I am trying to allow them to just put example.mp3 into a content block or form and post to a table. The only problem is they want the table to have colored backgrounds and add rows. I was going to hide the row if empty and have them populate the content from the bottom up.

The other idea I had was to have them create a page that is the child to the main page and have the content pulled into the main page and listed this way they could just re-order the pages so they are in the correct order so the newest week is on top.

Are either of these ways possible or does anyone have a good idea on how to do this.
