Bug in TranslationCenter

When entering this string working in TranslationCenter
<!-- pageAttribute: NotSearchable -->

It seems to be changed to
<!-- pageAttribute: NotSearchable -->

(example is from search module)

Normally TC should mask it correctly ...

I assume it then would (correctly) be treated as a html comment,

The error is in the code that replaces & with &
If needed at all, this should only be done with & tokens
that is not part of any recognised html entities.
(of which < og > are the most important ones)

Have have a similar problem with the TC and the string in the help text area.

When I type or tags, makes the string disappear.

I do not know how to correcty display this important string in the Search help. Can anyone help?
