How to make a auto populating page

I have a Parent page called "Projects" and under this I am creating sepeate pages for every projects. 

Is there a way I can set the Projects page to automatically populate the links of every projects that I submit under this Projects page?

After you have made the Projects page then you make more pages and in the drop down for Parent: you will look for Projects and select it for parent and all of them will be under it in the menu...

either playing with round with the {menu} tag. start_level='2' collapse='1' should do the trick.

or if your looking for something to make adding your 'projects' easier and template based, try the cataloger module.
