i'm not sure if this is the right forum but i cud not figure out where should i ask this question.
I want to make a website which should contain the following sections:
1. Static content
2. Articles where the members can submit there articles and the visitors can view them.
3. Wiki where the visitors can view content and the members can contribute and edit content.
4. Link directory with reciprocal link checking.
Will cms made simple be the right choice for me. If it does not have all the features asked for above, which all features does it have?
And also that the basic purpose of this site will be for all the members to be able to contribute the matter, so if there is any other way apart from those specified above pls let me know.
i have heard some good things about this cms , hopefully it will have all that i need.
thanks
EDITED
also the matter published is w3c compliant or not?

Hello,
If you mean static caching, try the cache module, wget mirroring or some reverse caching proxy like mod_cache. Search the forum about these 3 topics.
BTW, if you want some portal, you may like the FrontEndUser module too.

CMSms doesn't prevent you to have static content along with it.nitinshah12 wrote: 1. Static content

CMSms itself is not a forum. But you can "lookly integrate" a forum as demonstrated here.nitinshah12 wrote: 2. Articles where the members can submit there articles and the visitors can view them.

I'm not sure CMSms is for you. But 1.2 is coming soon and you can see by yourself by trying it with some modules.nitinshah12 wrote: 4. Link directory with reciprocal link checking.

"The matter published" is what you want. Sample templates are W3C compliant but you do what you want.nitinshah12 wrote: also the matter published is w3c compliant or not?
