News preview?

Hi,

is there a way to get the preview of a news article before it's actually posted? I'm thinking of something similar to the content preview...

Not as such; what you can do is set the start date for the future and submit, make a note of the story id number, then go to the site and open a news story but replace the story id with the one of the story you just submitted. The story won't appear on your site as it hasn't reached the publish date yet, but you'll be able to see it with the right id.

Of course, this means that there's a bit of a security hole in the News module, and you shouldn't put up any 'secret' information ahead of time as someone would be able to find it.
