How to make two menus?

I'm a little bit puzzled. How can I make:

One horizontal menu where every link there will in the end show different vertical menu on each and every page.

Let's say horizontal menu has this elements: "info, bars, discos ..... ".

So for "info" I want one verical menu with info stuff.
For "bars" I will get another verical menu with all about bars.
......and so on.

Call {menu} twice with different parameters. Check the default template:

Top simple navigation + left subnavigation + 1 column

That one is horizontal-parent, vertical-children as you mentioned.
