to much rights for a limited user?!

I created a user for uploading and creating galleries in module album.
Therefore i just enabled the album in right management.
But when i log in with this user profile, i am able to edit captcha module and browse formbuilder module(just browsing, no editing).
but "Change Captcha Settings" is not selected!
How can i fix that issue? Everything else is not visible for that profile. But just these two modules.
I dont want to deinstall captcha.
