The Pulldown (or Picklist / Dropdown) Select box choice has the following issues:-
When the Option Name field is a number, it always gets displayed from 0 onwards, irrespective of what ever number is put in. This is currently worked around by using a space to precede the number to be displayed. This however does not affect the Submitted Value field.

Please add all suggestions/bugs to the tracker for formbuilder in dev.cmsmadesimple.org
if it's not in the tracker, then it's highly unlikely the developer will even look at it.
