[solved]Restrict which users/groups add/edit specific content...

Hello,

I am new to the CMS. I am a president of an youth organization and I need a CMS that allows me to give different users/groups permission to add/edit content which I specify and restrict others. I've been busy using Frontpage to update the site and now I would like to give the responsibility to the other people as well. Would CMS made simple be able to do that out of the box or with simple modifications? Thank you for your input.
