You have a float:right on the div too close to the menu ul li, or the ul li itself, try moving it up one div or wrap your menu in another div...
How do I know w/o looking at your CSS, been there done that...
Menu Manager just goes thru your page structure and make the list out of what it finds, the CSS tells it where to show up, how to dress, and what to do, sorta like a wife...
