Missing top navigation after moving to root directory

Hello!

I moved my test folder content on the root level, change the config.php file, clear the cache folder but I still don't see any navigation in my template. Everything else works. Please help!!

This is the test site: http://www.uvss.uvic.ca/Test and I moved the files on the root for that one: http://www.uvss.uvic.ca/index.php

I checked the permission but nothing.

I got it. I had to upload my old moduleinterface.php into the root admin folder. SOmehow, it dodn't copy properly at first.
