Display only summary if no detail in News module

Display only summary if no detail in News module

I saw some other posts from alex about this...is this a bug in .10 News module?

I'm not certain how it's supposed to work, but it looks like according to the summary template code that if there's no detail for a news item, it should only display the summary and not the [More] link. Is this correct?
