pages not appearing [solved]

I created a site using cmsms 0.13, it was working well until recently, now some browsers are only finding the home page, they're blank when any other pages are called (Firefox on Mac works, Opera doesn't, a client, probably using IE on Windows, also had the same trouble).

I upgraded to version 1.1.1, the upgrade was successful, but didn't solve the problem.

In addition, after the upgrade the menu is showing (in the browser that works) numbers before the items, and a "Current page is..." message, which it didn't before.

The server is Linux. The domain is dropthefee.com.

I found that one of my other templates was working, so was able to switch the pages that weren't (still don't know why they stopped working).
I found the solution to the menu numbers in another posting: my css needed the line: "dfn {display: none;}"
