Installation OK but Smarty error...

I just installed CMS Made Simple and the installation went fine with no errors but when I go to the site I get the following error:

Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "db:-1" in /home/virtual/site8/fst/var/www/html/dfscms/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1088

I have had no problems with other CMS' that I have used and I really want to see if this one will work better for my applications.

I have this problem as well. It only started showing after my freesql went down. Also I only have 2 tables in mySql. Is this right? They're called animals and symbols. Do I have to reinstall the CMS?
