I have no problem adding images and loading them to the server using Windows and Internet Explorer.
When my client uses a MAC computer, she cannot load a picture. The drop down is grayed out. Please see screen shot to see what she sees. I have never used a MAC so I am so confused.

Problems uploading images using a MAC...
Re: Problems uploading images using a MAC...
I use both MAC and PC, the FCK resource editor works OK in both.
It may be that there is a permissions issue or less likely a local setting on the MAC browser.
As a first step I would check permissions for your 'uploads' folder and sub folders.
I would also recommend adding the very good ImageManager plugin which is easy to install and found at
http://www.saulmade.nl/FCKeditor/FCKPlugins.php
or
look at http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 872.0.html
These make uploading images much easier for inexperienced users.
Good luck

Re: Problems uploading images using a MAC...
The screenshot shows your client is using Safari, which in my experience does not work well with certain aspects of the CMSMS Admin Panel/WYSIWYGs.
Ask your client to try Firefox instead.
It's Mac (abbreviation of Macintosh) not MAC

Yes there is no question Jonny is right (on all counts) I didn't notice it was Safari.
What is a bit curious is that the WYSIWYG toolbar should appear at all, in my experience Safari/Opera go straight to HTML mode but maybe it's changed with more up-to-date browsers than I'm using.
