What is the best solution to remove the junk that hangs on when a client pastes from MS Word?

How do you all handle clients that insist on pasting in from Word?

I explain to the client what the problem is, then encourage them to take the extra step of pasting into Notepad first, then copying and pasting that into the CMS.

Used to be one in FCKEditor, may still be there, and the older ver. of tiny had it also iirc....

I often ended up with an empty window after Word-cleaning. I ended up pasting the code in the "HTML" or "SOURCE" window, leaving me with pure text. I then had to put the and in the code, but the typing was done.....
