Pages load with fade effect !

Hi all

I`m interested in some technique that use CMSMS with fade effect on pages load .
For example in www.ask.com website when you search a phrase , all result pages
load with a cool fade effect .

Is it possible to do something like this technique in CMSMS pages ?
If yes , how ?

If you look at the source in the rendered page you will see some reference to JS with a path if you copy the path and put it in the address bar on the end of their address you should be able to see and copy them to try and find the one it is...

Like...   use...

multiintech.com/modules/MenuManager/CSSMenu.js  will show the JS for IE that we use...
