Removing vertical slide-bar.

I want to remove the vertical slidebar.
I tryed

BODY {
  overflow-y: hidden;
}

But this doesn't seem to work.

Then I tryed

Body

But this also doesn't seems te work.

I'm using IE6

Can someone give me an advice !!!!
