I know this may be asking too much of a "simple" CMS, but I would like to create some sort of testing or pre-production environment.
This would allow the site editor to experiment with new content before going live.
I am aware, that new pages can be created and not be visible in the menu, but what if you want to update an existing page and test it before going live?
Is the best way perhaps to have two separate CMS installations?
Any thoughts on this would be welcome!
TIA

Creating a testing or pre-production environment
Re: Creating a testing or pre-production environment
Sure just put another install in a subfolder...
yoursite.com/subfolder/ then if the content comes out ok just copy/paste it into yoursite.com...
Make sure you use 2 diff. databases for them... or have 2 prefixes for the databases...
