TinyMCE not showing/installing correctly?

I've never been able to get the TinyMCE module to work with the CMS. I'm currently running 1.0.8 and I've installed it using the .xml file, given the permission to use it for the group and set the user pref to TinyMCE. The text box shows up but no tool bar? Have I missed out a step in installing it? Using the latest 2.2.1 TinyMCE module.

Same here. The new 2.2.1 doesn't work. I installed it to CMSMS 1.08 and it doesn't show up (tried with FF and IE7).

I simply unzipped the file, uploaded the directory and installed it from CMSMS. Installation goes fine but the actual editor won't show up on pages.

Same problem over here. Using the last version of TinyMCE 2.2.5 and CMSMS 1.1.4.1.
Settings are displayed fine, but at no place an editor...

DITTO's In other words; I am only able to use the one that comes with the default install.
Using Module Manager > TinyMCDAdv > download/install proceeds as expected. TinyMCEAdv >
Settings, work as expected. Modules > TinyMCEBasic > disable, Modules > TinyMCEAdv > enable.
Site Admin > Global Settings > Empty cache, Site Admin > Global Settings > Frontend wysiwyg >
TinyMCEAdv, Content > Pages > Home, reveals all text, but NO editor of any kind.
Logging off and Logging back in presents no change.

NOTE:
This is all performed as Administrator.
CMSMS is version 1.2
TinyMCEAdv 2.2.2
FCKEditorX also fails to load on the Edit > Page. But Installs/Configures as expected.

In short; Will other editors ever be supported?
