Menu text and links

Good afternoon,
If I want to keep the "left simple navigation + 1 column" template for my site where do I change the actual text and links that are currently shown for the left hand menu in the left column? I am sure it is quite straightforward but I am new to CMS Made Simple and am still finding my way around.

The menu text and links are all changed automatically by changing the pages that you have in the CMS. 

So, to change the menu and content. 
Login as Admin
Go to Content --> Pages
Add and remove pages
Watch the menu change
